A dedicated biomass handling facility on the port estate, new rail loading facility and storage capacity for up to 100,000 tonnes, supplying Drax with an all rail solution from Liverpool to Yorkshire. This is one of 16 Ocean Gateway projects which will make up Peel’s contribution to Atlantic Gateway.
