The re-development of 60 hectares of former dock land in north Liverpool to create a mixed use scheme of up to 1.7 million square metres. The aspiration is to transform this industrial landscape and deliver a world class mixed use waterfront quarter for Liverpool. This is one of 16 Ocean Gateway projects which make up Peel’s contribution to Atlantic Gateway.
