A mixed use scheme of residential development and employment use situated in the borough of Wigan and close to junction 25 of the M6 motorway. The site has outline planning permission for around 600,000 sq ft (56,000 sq m) of employment use and 200 houses, together with a hotel, public house and retail outlet. Plans for a new direct link road to the M6/M58 interchange will significantly improve access. The residential development is sustainably complete.
