A major mixed use scheme on the banks of the River Mersey located directly opposite Liverpool’s iconic waterfront. Woodside seeks to create a new ‘urban quarter’ linking the listed Hamilton Square and Birkenhead town centre with the Woodside Ferry Terminal and Mersey waterfront.

The site benefits from excellent transport links with ferry, train, bus and car connectivity – plus the potential to be the starting point of the Wirral Streetcar project. This high density 186,000 square metre project will seek to take advantage of the views across the Mersey to Liverpool.
