About the project
The Peel Group has shared its plans for Ocean Gateway with public and private partners locally, nationally and internationally. It is The Peel Group’s contribution to the broader Atlantic Gateway vision, which exists to promote economic growth and prosperity in the North West of England and beyond.
The Atlantic Gateway strategy is led by a partnership board of public and private sector representatives, including the three partner Local Enterprise Partnerships of Liverpool City Region, Greater Manchester and Cheshire & Warrington.
Atlantic Gateway is the most significant opportunity in the UK to attract investment, accelerate growth and rebalance the economy.
